PATHETIC DELIVERY SERVICE!!!

Called them Last week (First time) Saturday to place an order for delivery, I was told the ETA was 45 minutes, after nearly 2 hours I called them back and was told that they lost all my information including my contact number apparently due to some system errors. I found this frustrating, they showed no empathy towards their mistake. The manager was completely useless as well, he called me just to ask whether they should still deliver the food or not. So that was basically a complete NO DELIVERY! Today once again, giving them another chance I placed an order for delivery. I was told 45 minutes once again, I waited, for more than 1 hour, called them back and was told that the driver should've been here and told me she'll call the driver. I waited for 20 minutes thereafter for a call back with feedback as to when my food will be arriving, then decided to give them a call back once again. I was Fuming as the woman still wasn't able to tell me when my food is arriving, She just told me she cannot get hold of the driver. And its now been 2 hours since I've placed this order once again. I was told the manager wasn't available as well. This is PATHETIC service!!!
