We ordered food for delivery for our family at 17:30, pizza perfect took our money of our account, send a confirmation email, but We phoned at 18:15 to find out where or how far our Oder is, the lady was rude and short tempered and said they did not receive the order

We had to drive to the branch just to find out that they never received the order, even though we received confirmation and payment was taken.

We had to pay again, we are awaiting refund asap
