No service on delivery and technically *****ing money

Pizza Perfect Elardus Park can't deliver on your orders, they have credited me numerous time on failing to deliver the order. They never reimburse you on the original method of payment and credit you in store.

I'm still waiting for another order I've tried to place today which would have been delivered 13:15, but the online order says it was accepted, dispatched and waiting to be delivered.

Currently it's almost 20:00 I have still not received my food nor have I received a reimbur*****t or credit on my profile.

I contacted the store and I'm told that the manager will contact me and so I'm still waiting for the call.

I'm about to open a case of theft as they have not delivered on my orders and still owe me money as I've had credit for some time now which I cannot use and they cannot payout.
