no service

We tried to order pizza from them but after 1.5 hours they have not delivered anything. when we phoned after 30 mins they said the driver is on his way. from where? for an hour? the phone is now not working or off the hook and you cannot reach them. we ordered under the following number ********** 275 from Proteaheights store.
