Horrible service at Pizza Perfect Langebaan

I am highly upset with Pizza Perfect Langebaan. I order from them on a regular basis. The previous time I order I had to phone twice to get my order which took 2 hours to arrive just to have items missing and wait another 40min while the food I do have gets cold. I let it slide however tonight I orderd a Pizza and it is sub standard I have the slip and the photos. The pizza was dished up for me and then I realised when I ate a piece this is not at all the right quality and I went to view the pizza and took photos. I want my money back and I will not recommend Pizza perfect to anybody anymore and will certainly not order from them again. My contact number is This is unacceptable. I want my money back
