Horison Discovery outlet

As a loyal customer who has ordered from this outlet at least twice a month for the last 10 years i am extremely dissatisfied by the service that I have been receiving from this franchise. I have been given the wrong order on more than 6 occasions after the person taking the order fails to repeat said order back to me or order is repeated back correctly yet still the wrong order is received. I have ordered from a different address using a different number and still get the same poor quality of service. Due to the aforementioned Pizza Perfect has lost a very loyal customer
