Got and paid for wrong delivered order PIZZA PERFECT Strubens Valley

Like I've always done is ordered pizza deliveries from pizza perfect Strubens Valley and never had a problem but now I ordered a large pizza for R120 and paid R250 (plays tip etc) but received wrong order that I didn't even eat. The wrong order was acknowledged from Kevin the driver who said he will let pizza perfect know, that's why I still made payment. But nobody came back to me like he said he would get them to do. Pizza perfect took their money and went and did not come back to me. I was without a car or phone time and have just waited an waited. But no reply. I have paid and got nothing, I didn't even eat that pizza sent to me..... What are they doing? must I find another place to buy pizza? I've only been in area since Jan 2021.
