Going the extra mile to deliver Perfect Order

I ordered white toasted sandwich from Pizza Perfect Northlands Corner, They called me to let me know they did not have the white bread and if I'd take the brown bread, when I said no, they asked me first if they can make an alternative, which was perfect for, my order was delivered in time. I would like to compliment the team for going the extra mile
