Buying an ice cream cone / asking for a cup to hold it in while I drive.

Living just up the road from Pizza Perfect in Mooikloof,Pta East I'd gone to purchase an ice cream cone and asked for a cup to hold it while driving. Cashier said the manager has a problem with me asking for cups and shes gonna call her to clarify.

(Marike -OPS MANAGER PIZZA PERFECT MOOIKLOOF) came through looking already flustered as if she was ready to fight said she couldn't give me a cup, o offered to pay for the cup,like at most establishments they'd charge R2 for an empty cup...I asked her if my request was so unreasonable,it doesn't make sense to buy these cones and not be able to drive as I would need both my hands to drive (logic). She said if I wanted ice cream I should bring my own cut to the store, which i dint have a problem with had you informed me prior. Marike said,if I dint want to come to the shop anymore I shouldn't

When I took out my phone to record the incident is when the situation escalated, defending herself WITHOUT accusation of being ******- she quickly turned the matter into black and white and she was claiming that I was threatening her by the way I was standing. How can someone threaten you by the way they are standing with a barrier between them? The panick button had already been activated and the alarm was sounding, in the video I asked her how I threatened her and how she feels unsafe but theres no response. She says she felt unsafe when I followed her with the camera as she was going to the office.

Marike has been the OPS manager for 3 weeks at Pizza Perfect Mooikloof her response to being "put on the spot" is to call security as if I were holding her at gun point, apparent she felt so physically threatened by my presence, by the way I was standing and for putting her on camera she had to treat me like a danger to society to have me arrested for buying an ice cream cone and Oh asking for a cup to hold it in while I drive.

Clearly she's *********** and that business does not deserve "black" support if one who's put in charge will have to resort those kinds of actions and play victim and defend herself by saying she's not ******- without provocation.

I have the video footage of her being aggressive towards me and I would live to mail it to her head office
