Extremely bad service

We placed a order at 17:09, we contacted the store three times to find out where the order was. The order came at 1830 and was cold. We sent the pizza back to the store.

We find this service to be poor that you keep promising that the driver just left with your order and then deliver the pizza cold. Please provide us with a full refund of the order. #391779 The store cannot give us a refund and the manager does not seem to want to help.
