Disrespectful Manager

I had a bad experience with Pizza Perfect Crowthorne, with the manager. She (Ziyanda) made me wait 1hr30 for my refund after refusing to give me my money back. After giving my money she, told me to never return to the store and that I wasted my time.. she then closed the store door on my (because it was past the closing time) swearing at me and pulling the middle finger at me. I’m so disappointed with the store, is that a way to treat a customer, just because I wanted a refund? I’m disappointed.
