Disgusting service

I ordered food on the 22nd March 2021 to the value of R362 on the pizza perfect app at the Helderkruin Pizza Perfect. An hour went by and I decided to call the shop. All to find out that the shop was closed for the day But there is no notice on the or alert that they are closed. The app took the full amount out of my account. And if I didnt call the shop I wouldn't have known. This is truly **** service. A restaurant that I support regularly,very disgusted. What if that was the money I had left in my account...
