Disgusted

Ordered pizza from sunward park pizza perfect at 16:55 at 17:55 I called them to find out where my food was. She told me they are busy and I would need to wait another 30 min. At this point I decided to go collect it myself as it would be quicker. On collection the food was cold the chips were stale and the burger soggy. Obviously having been sitting in the cold for an hour. No apologies were made. I am horrified at the wait and the fact that the food was so cold. If you have to wait for a delivery vehicle then at least delay cooking the food so that it is fresh
