Covid-19 Threat Perfect Pizza Winchester Hills! Possible Staff Abuse!

Pizza Perfect Winchester Hills, coughing and very ill staff member! Around 6;15pm Sat 10th, I called Pizza Perfect Winchester Hills in Winchester Green Shopping Center to place an order and a very sickly lady ('Rivonia' Ndlovu) coughing, with a clearly blocked nose, sounding very weak and tired, answered. I immediately asked the obvious, why was she at work, on the front till, answering phones and obviously serving walk-in customers while in that state?

She said she is sick but not too bad, I demanded her manager (Javal, also owner) and I was told he's not around. A supervisor by the name of Israel Ncube confirmed that the manager stepped out and that Rivonia's temperature was fine, that's why she's working! I asked for a customer care line or any other form of escalation, Israel could not assist, he did not know the number, including his manager's contacts or surname.

I immediately drove to the store (4KM drive) to address this, who do I find still visibly very sick and handling customer's bank cards? Very same Rivonia. The store made no attempt to remove the lady from the front till, did not care about my complaint and continued to risk every customer's life even after I threatened to report them.

When I got to the store, no sanitizers in sight, even at the till where Rivonia is handling orders. I continued to ask for the manager and escalation details, nothing was provided by obviously honestly unprepared staff. I proceeded to take names, a video and pic of a receipt and Rivonia in action and left after not getting any escalation process or contact person or details from Israel and all staff who were there.

Perfect Pizza Winchester is risking employee and customer lives. They showed blatant disregard for the Covid-19 pandemic and protocol, including carelessness for the lives of the very customers that keep them in business. Businesses and owners that act like this ,for whatever reason, whether because they employ foreigners who get abused or have undisciplined staff that insist on braking rules and disobeying managers, must be stopped. The pandemic is killing people daily and being transmitted to children who's parents take hem to these stores and serve them with the same hands that touch Rivonia's hands.

This store owes us far better than this as they are killing us! This is not right and Mr Javal must take accountability for his carelessness! Javal from Perfect Pizza, you're killing us! We're dying because of people like you! Period!

Your store must be shut down until Rivonia Ndlovu is tested for Covid-19. If found positive, the rest of your staff must also undergo the test and the store must be shut down until all this is cleared. If this does not happen, this matter will be taken further and a ******** charge will be laid against you Javal and investigation into your staff and operations will be conducted!

Correct this before further people are hurt and possibly die from your behavior!
