Commplaint.Despicable service

The man who works or owes this establishment is a disgrace for this company.I had made an order and when looking my sauce i ordered was wrong.when i phone he first denied it and when i asked the should bring the right one he got an attitude.then after confirming with the lady he said he would have the other one delivered.i phoned back to speak to the lady whom helped me kindly to tell her that i was not happy with his attitude.He wouldn't let me speak to her and when i told him he had a very bad way of speaking to clients.he went of the his rails....why should we support his business if he is rude.and i feel it is unfair that when you pay the driver with the card you can't tip him.because the owners don't want to give them money.in these covid times tips should be available to these drivers...that man shouldn't own and run if he can't even speak to clients the way he does.
