chicken meal rotten/off

I ordered a quarter chicken to be dilvered to my office on saturday 28/11/15 . When the food arrives the chicken had a bad smell and it sticky. I took all the meal to the shop and the cashier open the package he did. Agree that the meat doesn't smell good. He then called Nic and he says there's nothing wrong with the me. I asked him if he did taste it and he said he did taste it. I asked him to refund me since well the chicken smell off and taste soar. He told me that no he can't do a refund cause there's nothing wrong with that food
