Bad service/Management

On Thursday the 25th my partner and i ordered pizza from Pizza Perfect, well they are not so perfect i waited an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive and when it never did i called the store only to be told they had run out of dough and my pizza's had not even been started yet! I told them i did not want them anymore and went to a reliable fast food place for our food. I never go back to a place that disappoints me even other branches so i wonder if Pizza Perfect will offer their customers something for this inconvenience and not just a simple apology that means nothing or if they wont care and just leave it at that seen as there are so many customers who did not get food that night. It is disgusting work ethic.
