Bad service at Pizza Perfect Wonderboom South

I ordered 3 pizzas from Pizza Perfect Wonderboom South at 18h26. Now over 2 and a half hours I still received it. All the lady at the shop said "Sorry" Then she phones me and ask me to take the cold pizzas and pay for it. This is pathetic and service like this is what makes South Africa where it is currently. Pizza Perfect Wonderboom South will never see me. I will share by bad experience to everyone. Small business must ask themselves why aren't we surviving despite covid.
