BAD SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT

Ordered pizza for delivery. On the was, the delivery guy crashed. The pizza fell onto the road and he delivered the pizza as is. I took the pizza back to the shop. The manager did not apologize but offer to remake it while I wait. He did not offer a discount or even a complimentary cold drink while I wait.

On another occasion we found pieces of glass on the pizza. At first I thought it was sand, but through closer investigation we found that it was glass. I called the manager of Pizza Perfect Cornwall, he totally dismissed me and with a shrug of his shoulders. Thank you Pizza Perfect for the worst service I experienced in years. Pizza Perfect head office - I implore you to make an example of this manager and not allow your staff, especially management, to bully customers like that.
