Bad service

The worst service I have ever received. Their customer service is horrible from the management/boss to the employees. I called in at 18:40pm to place an order and was just put to wait on the line with no explanation twice over, 3rd and 4th call the line was dropped while I was on the line giving my order. We have recently moved to the area and didn't know their operating hours so we decided to drive to there because we were not being assisted over the phone. Upon our arrival I realised they were already closing, I guess the reason for them hanging up the phone on us, I knocked on the window just to explain how I was ill treated on the phone only to be treated even worse by the boss. He didn't bother to listen to my side of the story and told me off as though I was there to beg from him or something. My family and I have never felt so ill treated before!!
