An absolute DISGRACE

What an absolute disgrace!!!!!!! We ordered our food tonight 22 Nov 2023 @ 18:22... After an hour (19:34) of waiting for our food we phoned to ask where the food was... The lady on the phone said the order just came out of the oven and will be with us shortly... At 20:08 we phoned again and they told us all the deliveries are out we will receive ours shortly... By 20:30 we still didn't receive anything where we ended up trying to phone again but the phones were only ringing.... My husband got in the car and drove to the place to luckily find the last delivery guy on his way out. He asked him where our food was and he checked on the system to see that our food was never even made... We are regular customers but every time we are disappointed.. Either we wait ages, don't get our food or we get burned food... I will NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY EVER AGAIN!!!
