2 hours wait for \fast food\""

On Friday the 27th of February, I placed an order for delivery at 18:50. By 20:00 the food had still not arrived, so I phoned the branch to enquire. I was assured that the driver had just left and would be delivering shortly. When he eventually arrived the food was ice cold so I refused to accept it. When I phoned the manager I was told to heat the chips in a microwave. Eventually he agreed to replace the order and asked me to return the food. At 20:55 the driver returned with the same bag, with what I am certain was re-heated food. To top it off, the driver had returned without a card machine, so my husband had to go out and draw cash. We order from Pizza Perfect very regularly, but tonight will definitely be the last time.
