1 and a half wait for food

I ordered from the Northcliff branch, the same branch my wife has ordered from every single time. I have been waiting for the last hour and a half for my good to arrive. I called 3 times, the first time Zama said to my wife that the pizza will be leaving within the next 10 minutes, 15 minutes later I called and Zama said theres a giant backlog and they had been struggling and I asked then why did you accept my order, but I won't have to wait long my order will be leaving in the next 10-15 minutes. We waited… 20 minutes later I called again extremely frustrated because my son is crying to me saying hes starving, so I asked where my order is! She said again they struggling so I said apologies for being rude but how the f can they accept more orders if they struggling, let me speak to the manager now! Jabulani gets on the phone to me and apologised and said they were struggling to keep up. Of course I asked the same question. He apologised and said it will be on its way! My wife has never received this treatment so honestly what the hell…
