Worst support and service ever!!

I ordered delivery from Pizza Hut Northcliff delivery was made and i pay with card the driver did the transaction twice as he said payment did not go through 1st time needless to say it went of twice on my account. On their system it shows 1x transaction on their speedpoint batch and my account it shows 2x transactions. Its now 5days later after promises and promises they will get this sorted out and speed up process payment for refund im still waiting...how is it your customers problem if your staff cant do their job right and how is it that your customer has to call and follow up on what is happening!! Im not happy at all will not support them every again!! The aeria branch manager is useless no customer service from him no communication unless i called.
