Worst service ever, order but do not expect the delivery to come

I placed a telephone order with the Lenasia signet store, and I was so happy that the manager took my order and told me the Pizza would be delivered in 30 to 45 mins, this was 17:11, I relaxed with my family watching TV until 19:20, then I called the store, the contact center could not get hold of them so they took my details, 15 mins later the manager calls and tells me that the delivery guys are gone with a lot of orders and they are not back yet, my order is ready and as soon as one of them comes they will deliver. So I understood and relaxed. At around 20:18 my order was still not delivered, and then I called the call center again they told me that they had been having similar calls about the store and they can't get hold of them, the lady tried to transfer me o them, and was not successful, so she decided to put me through to the area manager and that did not work as it just hanged up, A couple of minutes later the store called and a lady said my order is ready, but it will take time to deliver because the store has to many orders, would I rather come and collect, I explained to her that I couldn't and I would rather wait till late, I went to bed without getting My order.
