Worst service ever

Placed an online at Pizza Hut Signet terrace order for delivery at 17:30pm after an hour called inat 16:30 to track orders and was told it will take a few minutes, nothing received until 19:30, called again and was advised the order was never picked up by the driver a new order had to be processed, the pizza was then delivered at 20.25pm, worst most unacceptable service received from a store ever I don't think it's fair to wait that long for food I will never ever recommend anyon to order from pizza hut.
