Worst Service and delivery attempt!!

We have waited 3 Hours for delivery from Pizza Hut!!! After 3 hours I have canceled my order and requested a refund. I have also sent an email with my complaint. I have order online 17:00 and after an hour the lady at pizza hut called and confirmed my delivery address. Another hour passed and nothing so I called again she confirmed that the delivery guy is out with other delivery and once he is back he will take out delivery and deliver it. So that would be another half an hour or an hour's wait. So we waited a little bit longer! I then called the customer care number after 2 and half hours the lady said she will call the pizza hut and investigate. After a few minutes she called back and said they are on the way with the delivery. After 3 hours!!! 20:00 I called the pizza hut and the lady said she thought we would come and pick it up and the delivery guy is not there. I was furious so I canceled the order and went to buy Romans pizza instead. The service is unacceptable!! Hopefully someone will fix the way of service pizza hut is delivering to the community.
