Worst Service

<p>On 14 July 2017, I called Pizza Hut, Sandton to place an order for collection. There was no answer after numerous calls. Eventually a lady answered the phone but said she couldn't hear me and said she would call me back. No call was received. </p> <p> </p> <p>I went to the store shortly after 1 o clock and placed an order for a small pizza and chocolate sticks. The lady told me it would take 12 minutes. After 20 minutes I enquired about my order and she told me it was in the oven. 10 minutes later I still had not received it and one of the kitchen staff told me my order was in the oven. </p> <p> </p> <p>By 1:40 I still hadn't received my order. I asked the lady why everyone who came after me had received an order, yet I hadn't after being told numerous times it was in the oven. She said she didn't know because she's not kitchen staff. I demanded a refund, which I received. She did not even apologise for the poor service or the order mix up. This is extremely unacceptable. Her attitude stank, pregnant or not, that is not how customers should be treated. </p>
