Worst Pizza Hut service!

My name is Rivash Durgapersadh.

On the 15/01/2022, at 6:30pm, I placed an order for collection at the Dolphin Leap branch in Port Elizabeth.

My order was as follows:

Hut double deal x1: 1. Large double cheese, with garlic cheese stuffed crust and Feta

2. Large cheshamyama chicken, with jalepena cheese stuffed crust and fiery sauce.

Total: R280

I arrived at the branch at 7pm (the branch is 25 minutes away from my home).

Firstly, I stood in line for 30 minutes to get to the counter, only to be told that I am in the wrong line, and need to move to the collection counter.

Secondly, I stand at the front of the collection counter for 15 minutes before any assistance is offered to me.

Thirdly, I am told that my order is not prepared, and still needs to be placed into the oven.

Fourthly, I am now sent from the collection counter to the order count, as I am told I need to pay for the order.

Fiftly, as I get the front of the order counter (for the second time), and try to make payment, I look over my left shoulder and witness the same branch employee who asked me to move to the order counter grab a paypoint and take payment for an order for a customer in the collection line!

I was basically made to join both lines for nothing.

Sixthly, I did not receive a receipt for my order, as they were out of paper.

I finally received my order and left.

Seventhly, I get home, and try to atleast enjoy the pizzas, however, they were the most disgustingly tasting pizzas I have ever tried to eat.

There was no chicken on the Chicken Cheshamyama, the and cheese dough tasted off.

Eightly, my wife and I called the customer line, and was put through to the Dolphin Leap branch manager: 1. He agreed to redo our order 2. He wanted us to come fetch the order as we live out of range for his driver. After some heated words, he agreed to get the order delivered to us.

As of time of writing this, we are still waiting to receive the redone order.

I hope this never happens to anyone else, and this will certainly be the last time I ever order from Pizza Hut.
