Worst experience from Pizza Hut, Mall of the South

I’ve always had good things to say about the Pizza Hut at Mall of the South but today changed my view. For 1 my pizza was cold when it arrived, 2 the delivery guy who didn’t even have a name tag and claimed to be Shawn was rude, so rude to the point that we had a verbal altercation. I even told the delivery guy that he should respect his customers as the customer is always right yet I was told, “ the customer is only right at the shops not outside.” This was the worst service I’ve ever received.
