Worse experience- Pizza Hut Atterbury

I had a terrible experience at this pizza restaurant. I was fasting due to the death of my grandfather and specifically requested a vegetarian pizza. Despite this, I bit into a piece of Macon. I contacted the restaurant, and they agreed to refund me. However, I haven’t received any refund or response from their manager. The incident happened on July 6th, and I submitted my complaint on July 28th, which is almost a month later. They could have easily given me the refund and let me go.
