Why have an online system if it doesnt exist but yet advertised?

Lastnight I got home quite late from work and decided to order pizza, we tried Dominos as usual but their system was down for maintenance. We then decided to give Pizzahut a try. My wife went to their website and saw that she could also order online, which she did. She went through the whole process to order from the Mall of newmarket branch. We waitied about 25min and I went outside to meet the delivery guy. About 30 minutes later no body still. She contacted the branch to be told that they dont have any order and that Pizzahut doesnt have an online ordering facility....very rudely.

Never again, we will stick with those that can do their business properly.
