What a nightmare

<p>We have a very simple order. Triple treat box, one Tropical Veggie thick base no onion, and a tropical Macon Hawaiian on thin base. After an hour, our pizza hasn't been delivered. We call and they tell us the driver couldn't find the place and they didn't call us. We ask them to make a new order as the old one was made ages ago. The manager said our order was still fine. The driver eventually arrived and rang our doorbell constantly about ten times, waking our baby. Our pizza is cold, the Tropical veggie has onion. The thin base is a thick base. We call the manager and all she has to say is 'sorry'. We asked them to make another order and we are going to fetch it and return the others. All that and after giving the delivery guy a tip. This is really terrible service. The fact that a manager didn't bother to check the order, and sent it out old and cold and without bothering to call us. I'm horrified at the service. </p>
