waiting 1hour for a cold pizza

I ordered a pizza at 18:43 - after 50 mins I phoned and the lady said she will phone me back because the other phone was ringing, I waited 10 mins for her call but she never returned it, I phoned back and while I was on the phone (this is after waiting for more than an hour for the pizza) the delivery guy pitched at my gate, I paid him, opened the pizza and it was cold, greasy and very chewy. <br> I don't get what the deal is by paying R120.00 for a pizza, having to wait for it and it being a disappointment.<br> I noted that Pizza Hut ignores the Hello Peter entry's....<br> You are a new franchise in South Africa, promoting yourself like this will not bring you anywhere. <br> My order nr : du Plessis / 4127
