Waited over an hour

Placed my walk-in order and was told it will be 15-20 minutes. There is a fancy order board where your name is supposed to come up to show your order is ready. No one calls out names, the board gets updated and names go on and off, but where was mine?<br> An hour goes by and I ask again only to get told that my order was out a long time ago.<br> Another lady placed an order online and came to store expecting her order to be ready to go, but whoops they did not have it even after she proved she received confirmation and called the store to confirm.<br> <br> Terrible service and hopefully I'll never go back.
