Very Poor Quality Food and Non-existent Aftersales

I have never in my life has such bad service and then the aftersales service from a company like I have from Pizza Hut. I ordered 2 large pizza's almost 2 weeks ago, with extra cheese. They came up to just below R300. The pizza's were delivered by Mr D. They were hot and I was so excited to have yummy cheesy pizza, which unfortunately proved me and my husband SO wrong. Not only were the pizza's very doughy(we ordered traditional thin base) and tasted undercooked but there was hardly any toppings on either pizza's AND they both left an awful after taste in our mouth's. We both had 2 slices of the pizza's and even left them on our counter waiting for someone to come collect them but no one did. To make matter's worse a week prior to us ordering from Mr D, we stopped at the Pizza Hut personally to order pizza's. My hubby was going to order the Bbq Meat *****s, if I hadn't wanted to order the Mexican they wouldn't have told us that there was no mince and would of just left it off the meat *****s and not told us they were out of stock. I sent a complaint on Friday evening and then on Saturday and up until today I have only had 1 email back over a week ago saying someone will contact me shortly. I have heard nothing. If this is the way franchises treat customer's then I am sorry it is very sad they would rather just take your hard earned money and serve you awful food. Luckily some friend's wanted to order from Pizza Hut and I advised them not to and explained my experience. Shame on you guys for your awful service or should I say non-existent aftersales service.
