Very disappointing experience at Pizza Hut North Riding

I ordered Pizza Hut as a surprise for my son’s birthday because it’s his favourite, and I’ve ordered from Pizza Hut before and always had a good experience. Unfortunately, my experience with the North Riding branch was absolutely pathetic.

I scheduled the delivery through Uber, and when the pizzas arrived, every single pizza had an undercooked base. Not one of them had been properly cooked. This was incredibly disappointing, especially as it was a birthday surprise.

I logged the issue with Uber, but unfortunately received no helpful feedback or resolution. This left me having to put all the pizzas into my own oven just to make them edible.

The whole point of ordering a pizza is that you don’t want to cook. Having to finish cooking food that I had already paid for is simply unacceptable.

What should have been a special birthday treat turned into a huge disappointment. I expected much better from Pizza Hut, particularly given that I’ve had good experiences with them in the past.

Pizza Hut North Riding seriously needs to improve its quality control. Serving multiple pizzas with completely undercooked bases is not acceptable.
