Very disappointed loyal customer.

Here's the scenario,just like I always do plan my dinner in the morning,check online specials if am going on take away like this particular day.. I invited friends over decided to get pizza n I saw a great special at Pizza hut"always been my fav pizza spot n still thou I was highly disappointed"after work I call Ghandi to make an order for that special they tell me it's nolonger available but it was advertised a few ago the laid took my details to call me again in a few she want to find out so did the customer complaints line lady and yet till today I never got a response I had to change a meal at a very short notice moreover I never received a call from anyone to apologise for the inconvenience, I took a screenshot that day hoping to go to the branch but was rather too ****ed
