Verry Bad Service

Im so disappointed in the Savannah branch in Polokwane who only opened up about a month ago. Yesterday I have placed an order on the app and got the email saying my order is being processed. About an hour later I phoned to hear if my order has left and the lady said she will phone me back {she did not even take my number or said bey} 10min later and no phone call, phoned back and a guy answered also to promised to phone me back- no phone number taken nor said bey. He phoned me back, said my order is not even processed. He asked what my order was and I said that ill give it to him but im so disappointed with the service i received! He did not even apologized and hanged up the phone. Me and my family love pizza and order about once a week - YOU JUST LOST A FOREVER CLIENT
