Useless and pathetic service

So we placed an online order for sunward park pizza hut at 15.15, and for confirmation via email with order number that it will be delivered by 4 pm. 4 pm can't and gone, so we called at 4.20 to find out where the order is and what time delivery will be, only to be told they don't do deliveries and they don't have an other??? Seriously are you that thick and stupid.. why do we then received an email stating confirmed and being delivered??. No wonder you are so quite at the centre as your service is pathetic and you are useless. Why do you have the facility to order online then?
