Unsatisfactory Experience at Pizza Hut Bryanpark, Bryanston

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at your Bryanpark branch in Bryanston. As a loyal customer, I expected a seamless experience, but unfortunately, my recent encounter fell short of my expectations.

On March 1, 2024, I placed an order at 10:00 AM for a pizza. Regrettably, the delivery was significantly delayed, and my pizza arrived at 11:50 AM. To compound matters, my order was still incorrect, marking the third time this has happened.
