Unprofessional conduct-Pizza Hut Sandton city

Dear Pizza Hut Management, I am writing to share my experience as a customer at the Sandton City Pizza Hut. Recently I witnessed a disturbing incident that I believe warrants your attention. The female manager at this location was incredibly rude to customers and the Uber Eats drivers who were collecting orders. She imposed a new rule, giving only two orders at a time instead of the usual three, which was against the contract between Pizza Hut and Uber Eats. Furthermore, she resorted to using derogatory Zulu language(velaphi)when addressing one of the drivers. This behavior was both unprofessional and disrespectful. I firmly believe that this type of treatment is unacceptable and not in keeping with the values and standards of Pizza Hut as a reputable brand. This manager's conduct was entirely inappropriate and reflected poorly on the company. I urge the Pizza Hut management team to investigate this incident and take appropriate measures to ensure that such behavior is not tolerated. Customers and delivery drivers deserve to be treated with respect, and I hope that Pizza Hut takes this matter seriously to maintain its excellent reputation.
