Unimpressed customer

I placed an order of 1 x family meal and Hut 2 doubles large. when delivery came it was 5 pizzas instead of 6 so I called the store to complain and spoke to miki. he arranged for the 6th pizza to be delivered which im still waiting for. as I was checking I then also realised that the family meal was delivered with 1 box of chips and not 2 as per the website so I called back only to be told that that's how the preparation is done as the portions are 150g each and the box had 300g. how are clients supposed to know that? how about Pizza Hut start stating the grams on the web as well getting drivers to go around with scales so we can weigh the food as it arrives. right now all I know is that I bought a meal that says I get 2 portions of chips and I saw 1 box not 2 which is just not on. whats worse I then called the call centre to raise this concern and Mpho tells me they don't take complains but rather take you back to the very same store that wouldn't hear reason. nice one pizza hut. just remember there are a lot of pizza shops that would appreciate my money and not give me nonsense to try cover up their mistake
