Unhappy

I am very unhappy with Pizza Hut Sandton service on 11/10/2024 I called in and placed an order I did specify the pick-up time as I was on lunch at work (nightshift) when I got there I had to wait for my order cause one pizza was burnt. When I got to the office and opened the order it was not what I ordered. On 18/10/2024 I called and placed an order for the special again of 4 pizzas which makes it 8 with the normal Coke specified the time AGAIN 19:45 pick-up when I got there my order was not ready cause Tracey informed the staff of the wrong time advising them that my pick up is 20;45, I told her that I did specify the time and should revert to the recorded call. She said my order would be ready in 10 minutes. Mind you am on lunch at work and the minutes turned into more minutes that finished my lunchtime. I left without pizza's they said they will deliver cause I had to leave and go back to work and they gave me 4 COKE ZERO which was not part of my order. Am very annoyed and angry
