Uncooked Toppings and Raw Pizza Dough

Very bad experience with Pizza Hut Springs, it took an hour for delivery to be presented with a pizza that had a tomatoe base that was uncooked and dough raw, they always seem to rush their pizzas and don't take pride in their taste of it.
