Unable to place an order

Dear sir / mam, Everyone is excited about the re-opening of Pizzahut on Florida Road, Durban. I have many fond memories of the former Pizzahut. I visited Pizzahut on 18/12/2017. When I arrived, the hostess informed me that there was a 10 minute wait to get into the store for us to place the order, this seemed odd as no takeaway asks customers to wait before they place an order. There was 2 muslim ladies in front of me. Within a few minutes there was a long que and the other customers were not informed of the wait. Whilst waiting, the hostess (muslim lady), placed an order for a muslim man on the side and brought him his receipt (the rest of the customers were still waiting in line). 10 minutes had come and gone so I took it upon myself to go and ask the hostess what is going on. When I did ask her, she then informed me that it will be another 10 to 15 minute wait. I asked her about the guy that she placed an order for whilst we waited in the line, she said she doesn't know what's going on and what happened. The hostess has a complete disregard for woman in general. I and many other customers were fuming at this stage and left the store. There was definitely a lot of lost revenue because of what she did and probably what she will continue to do. I feel that Pizzahut - Florida Road Durban is going to damage the reputation that took years to establish. I honestly want something to be done about this as this is ridiculous. Regards, Alleshni
