I have heard of the new pizza hut had opened in Florida road so my friends and I decided to go for breakfast i Googled the time - they open at ten on Sunday morning.

Firstly the doors are guarded by Monkies no one was in front. No one could enter. as they sat on the pillars and the tables

we were advised by the coffee shop next door to enter via them.

I entered to see people still doughing the lady told me they open at Ten. I rep**** its past ten now. The eight of us where willing to wait. She was so rude and told me : We are not open we are not ready.

How is that my problem when your signage stipulates a set duration? So why have on the board and website stating business hours why not say " we will open when we ready"

It's very disappointing and unprofessional. Other than the eight of us how many others are turned away?
