The Pizza Hut Farrarmere Disaster

I love ordering pizza from pizza hut as they are always so dedicated to what they stand for. Great pizza and their basic internal philosophy that is “Take care of the customer.“

However when I ordered from Pizza Hut Farrarmere this was not the case. I ordered The Super Boss Box. The 1st thing I noticed was skipping on the toppings. I ordered a bacon, avo and feta pizza... which only came with the bacon and feta, NO AVO. Had they told me they did not have I would have asked for a different pizza.

Also they had cut the pizza in a way that left the end sides of the pizza with no topping or cheese that it was basically just eating the crust. I am all for crust but at-least let it have some of the toppings ...I mean this is pizza of course.

The next thing I saw was my chips, potato tots mixed with my chocolate pizza. They were in the same box but they did not make up the divider for either the pizza or the chips and potato tots. It is not like that was a huge effort to do but it was drastic on my end.. having your delicious chocolate pizza ruined with chip spice was not my cup of tea.

All I ask for next time is deliver on your promise... Great pizza and take care of the customer. Take a little more time and effort into it because that goes a long way.
