The 1 star is honestly for the boxes

Yesterday the 27th,i placed an order online just before 9. I did not expect the order to go through considering that it was late and we were trying to get food delivered to the office. Luckily it went through and I paid through card. Minutes after placing the order someone calls telling me they are closed they close at 9, so can he deliver the food tomorrow . I asked him how does one place an order today because they are hungry, only for them to wait until the following day to eat the food.

Thes guy said, that's the only way. I told him I'm hungry now and want to eat now, tomorrow I won't be needing the food, so he should refund me immediately. After that call, someone else calls and tells me he's the delivery guy and he has my order.. I asked him how is that possible, someone told me they close at 9..he says yes, but I have your order, I'm leaving now I will be there in 15min..

To be quiet honest, my experience with you guys has been horrible.. I honestly expected such service but we had no choice we needed food.. A raw hard mess was delivered to me, I could not even bite the damn melts not to mention that none of them had dips.. I had opted for a refund, I don't understand who instructed who ever made that food to make it in a hurry like that.. Please see the ******* you delivered to me and refund my money immediately.. I will neve ever order anything from you!!!
