Terrible service , no appology for wasting time

<p>I work in the building above Pizza Hut in Sandton, firstly every time I call there is a terrible fone line and it seems as nobody cares to get it fixed.</p> <p>Today being hecticly busy I phoned and placed an order, I decided to collect rather than get it delivered as it is quicker, Thandi the lady that takes my order says 15 minutes..</p> <p>I go to the store after 20 minutes and I am told they opened late so I have to wait , I ask why she told me 15 minutes when she knew it wont be ready, she simply ignores me, I pay the her but it takes 5 minutes for here to bring my change , note this is already at 11 am.</p> <p>I asked for the managers number , she simply writes the name Ahmed on the till slip with the stores number.</p> <p>I ask if Ahmed is ever in, she says no.</p> <p>I wait another 10 minutes still no order, I asked to speak to the manager she says she will call her but disappears.</p> <p>Another 5 minutes later she is still not back I get my order but still no Thandi, I ask another lady and she seems confused.</p> <p>I know it might not hurt the business if I don’t ever go back but surley their service needs to improve if anybody is to ever go back there.</p> <p> </p>
